My PC came preinstalled with BG 6.1. After a fortnight the firewall would not start so I changed to BG 7.0.
Now when BG7 starts it asks for my userid and password as it knows I've upgraded.

I dont have one as my PC was preinstalled.
I can not find anywhere that I can go on the web site to register the software so I can use it?

I registered for the forum and hoped this would be the same..

I'm close to deciding that BG is not for me.
Can anyone help??

Forum userid = userid
BG userID = email address.
