Bullguard trial 6.1 seems to start up last, when the pc is booting up windows.  Seconds after the appearing icon from the ethernetcard.
 
This seems to me a risk, of an open connection for seconds.
Enough to trigger an earlier blocked ( but not removed) or hidden spyware/trojan to send some data over the net?
 
   Someone explain me pls.
