i've been searching the net on how to remove this adware and they all gave me the same thing. remove it from the registry then manually delete it from the windows folder. i did and yet i cannot remove it from the windows folder. symantec always detect it and its bothering me. help pls.

i've tried that and it still wouldnt budge. we're on cable and networked, if u must know, so even if i 'disconnect' my pc from internet, it still wouldn't be complete since, as i've said, we have cable.

Unzip to own permanent folder, update.
Scan, scan button change to-save log- Post log file here:-)
