Hi.
Thanks for your message,and I have done as requested with regards to update and ccleaner.
 
However with regards to my hijack log, sorry but could you explain it to me in laymens terms. I am not very up with the cmputer jargon.
So for expample how do I run scan tools?
The SuperAntispyware log,how do I go about running this? Also how do I submit these logs to you?  Do I copy and paste them onto te forum?
