Hi, I was keylogged in the past. I restored my computer and still had problems. I've called the computer company a few times, but what they said to do didn't seem to work. There is always a rainbow circle on the windows xp loading screen. Also on the AOL welcome screen there are 2. I did not notice those in the past before I had problems. They also do not show on safe mode. If anyone knows what this is please let me know. Maybe the keylogger is still on my computer somewhere??? Or maybe a virus that isn't detected? I don't know how to get rid of it. I downloaded hijackthis, but do not know how to interpret the results to see if anything is on my computer that shouldn't be. If the log should be posted let me know. Thanks. Hope someone knows how to help!
