hi all
my tools->folder options was not showing and task manager was disabled but when i come across a similar problem in the following thread i was able to rectify these problems,

but i still have some trouble.
    when i try to open C drive in my system it says this file is used by another program.
    Another exe file named shahrokh.exe appears in my f drive. when i delete this file it gets deleted but after i restart the system it again comes back. i have scanned this file with Avira free anti virus, avg and kaspersky but they don't detect it as virus. but i am suspicious about this result
