Hi, I've had some difficulty removing these two pieces of mal-ware.  My McAfee expired at my parents house and my brother did some damage.  I've attempted repairs following instructions on the forum for both of these, but I've had no success.  Any and all help would be appreciated.  Attached is a hijackthis log with the AVG log and Smitfraudfix log included.  Reloading McAfee and scanning hasn't had any help.

Reboot normally
 
Post Hijackthis log along with AVG Anti-Spyware log, C: Rootlog TXT, C: combofix txt in this topic.
