I have Bullguard V4.5. When I run a full scan, Bullguard detected the virus Trojan.Spy.MediaInstaller.A. Bullguard fails to disinfect or move this file. Deleting the Internet temporary files through IE does not remove this file. I removed the directory using Windows Explorer. However, the Bullguard Firewall does detect this same virus and blocks it.

My laptop is a Benq Joybook 8100 with Windows XP professional

Should I install a program like Webroot Spysweeper v2.2 to detect and remove this Spyware? Is it compatible with Bullguard v4.5? I ask because Bullguard has a list of programs with which it is incompatible.
