I simply wish to know if it is safe to use say, Ad Aware in conjunction with Bullguard.
I ask, as whenever Bullguard does a full scan, it hardly finds any spyware/,alware at all, whereas when I used to run Adaware Free Edition, it found dozens., prompting me to believe that Bullguard is pretty crap at stopping malware.
I don't actually have Ad Aware Installed at the moment. My point was simply that when I did have (prior to installing Bullguard), it found plenty of spyware. However when I installed Bullguard I uninstalled Ad Aware, as it was suggested that having additional security ware can cause problems. Since this time, Bullguard hardly ever finds any spyware, de!!!!e the fact that Ad Aware always found loads of it. It makes me nervous therefore that Bullguard may be failing to adequately defend against spyware.
I want to know if it is safe to install and use AdAware free edition as well as using Bullguard.
