I hope someone maybe able to help, running visa (came loaded on new machine) bull guard working fine, can't download programes from internet ie itunes 7.5 or other promgrames, internet provider is B.T, tried adjusting security setting in browser. any other ideas gheers in advance.

hi the message I get is Windows internet explorer was unable to open this internet site the requested site is either unavailble or cann't be found. please try later. people also say that they get three copies of email that I send from windows mail, could this be related? thanks for any help.

It sounds as You´ve got some infection, I´ll therefore suggest We check Your computer -

Click here - ->> Before posting a log

After You have run the scan tools -

Reboot normally

Post Hijackthis log along with AVG Anti-Spyware log, C: Rootlog TXT, C: combofix txt in this topic
