I was searching an internet on the problem I got on my server: 15% of cpu time is taken by explorer.exe and found great example of fix on this forum:
 
If 'Trusted Member' - I am not sure if this is a name of this member or just his status would be so kind to provide the same support and help as he did at that time, I would really, really apprecuate it.
