please help me, after installing a software on children's encylopedia, my pc hang up and reboot by itself. then the program got an error so decided to uninstall it in add/remove program. but it says cannot find a file so cannot uninstall. after trying to uninstall other program to check on my pc, have found out that all my program cannot be uninstall now in the add/remove.. and neither can be install a new software. what will i do?
