Okay, So I think I got this virus from a friend over Instant Messenger. It sends out spam through e-mail and IM. I have a mail server here at my house and I think we've already been blacklisted once for this stupid virus and I've found where it's at, but I can't get rid of it. I have it on my desktop even, removed from everywhere and it won't delete. Is there anyway someone can help me?

My AVG calls it a Trojan horse Dropper.Agent.ITK and I have no idea how to remove it.

Okay, The first Trojan Dropper I had, is now gone, but now I have another one that's come up and I can't even get to it.

Its location is as follows:

It is still labeled as a Trojan horse Dropper.Agent.ITK and I have no idea how to get rid of it.

Hello

To completely and immediately remove any infected file or files in the data store, turn off and then turn on System Restore. To do so, follow these steps:
System Restore

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.

Copy and Paste that log into your next reply, and tell how things are running ?
