Hi it's my first time here so be gentle =/ Just yesterday i started getting error messages from INF installer saying that a file was missing and i've been having ads234 problems for awhile but never tried to get rid of it. I know there's logs and such that i have to post here so can someone help by first telling me what info they need from me?

Go to Add/Remove programs in control panel- Remove WinTools

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Empty your "Recycle Bin"

wow thank you so much! definitely freed up like 5 gigs on my computer!! well i tried to do everything you said, but i couldn't find the WinTools in the add/remove programs list or in the C: drive and also my computer couldn't delete a file called ~DFD9F2 in one of the temp folders-

the mwav exe found 53 viruses but only deleted 33, renamed 3, and found 2 errors. i don't know if you want me to post that log in here but if you do just let me know- here's my new hi jack log:
