I tried to open my outlook and a black box saying it has an intrusion comes up and it won't open, I have to close. The box says something about ms16 bit in the blue bar on the top. Ran HijackThis and these are my results.

Hello

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

http://www.spywarefri.dk/downloads1/mbam-setup.exe

Or here:

to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.

Copy and Paste that log into your next reply, along with fresh hijackthis log.

NB: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.

Still doing it. The message I get is --

c:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Launch Microsoft Outlook.Ink. The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:0571 IP:0107 OP:ff ff 94 77 of Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

It does not let me ignore. Still have the black box coming up when I get online also.

Haven't heard back -- scanned with Norton and get that files are missing.

Reloaded realplayer and got that problem fixed - have a feeling something played with my registry values and am scared to attack on my own.
