I cant even click on the internet explorer icon just jumps on and off. A little red shield was in the corner and a malicous message came up but now I can't do anything at all. I can't even get into exploxer at all in the task bar just makes screen go black. Please help.

See if you can do this ->
 
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol;pop&cdlPid=10878968
 
 to your desktop.
 
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
                     
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch


Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
                     
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
                     
Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
                     
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
 
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
 
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.
 
Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.
 
 
NB: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

It wont even allow me to get on the internet, I click and it just blinks the screen. All attempts to get to explorer are just blank screened. This is crap. Thank you very much for your assistance. I can bring up the Windows Task Manager but I dont know what processes are bad.

I want to give alittle more information I cant click on the Control Panel either just makes desktop go blank then come back but does nothing. I tried to start the computer in safe mode and I can access things but cant get on the internet.

Ok, open control panel -New job. Type: regedit. exe
 
Go to regedit. Then delete these keys :
>
>1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution
>Options\iexplorer.exe
>
>and
>
>2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution
>Options\explorer.exe
>
>3. Reboot.
