I have run Bullguard, but when it is done, AVG anti-virus pops up with the message that I have Bagel N in the registry editor file. Do I have to disable AVG before bullguard will remove the worm??

OR........ confused

Yes, because bullguard will attempt to delete the virus, and AVG will block it. Remove it using one or the other making sure the other one is disabled
