hey there please can some one help me antivirus 2008 pro has installed on my computer, and i cant get it off atall i have been in to add and remove and its not there to delete, i have tried to delete it and every time i turn my pc on its back. my desktop has changed to being red with a symbol on it i have noticed my computer slowing down because of this from what i have been reading on the internet this is a bad thing to have on your pc im not great on computers but would be able to manually remove it thank you for reading and i will appreciate any answers

After You have run the scan tools -

Reboot normally

Post Hijackthis log along with SuperAntiSpyware log, , C: combofix TXT in this topic

Please copy and paste your log. DO NOT add it as an attachment

Kindly do not annotate or format the log with color or font changes.

NB. If you are using any P2P (file sharing) programs, please remove them before we clean your computer.. We do not clean logs that have P2P applications installed as this can cause reinfection during your cleaning.

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.

hi thanks for reply im so sorry but i dont no how to run scan tools please could you tell me also dont understand how or what to post the log c:combofix TXT
and how do i no if im using any p2p file sharing programes

Hi : I have beeen trying to remove the above virus and following instructions, using ccleaner then attempting to use superantispyware, but when i scan wuth this (superantispyware) mt pc reboots half way through scan

any ideas on what i can do or different scan tool ??

note - I have also uninstalled and then re-enstalled superantispyware
